Ron
You guys live for this stuff. Plus, that's why they pay you the BIG bucks . You enjoy your beer, though. You earn every one of them.

Hey Ron,
Glad to you seen a long night also. Karen is the manager at the park we live in , and at 11:17 last night I got a rude awakening. Police, Fire Truch. Meds out here trying to solve a Domestic Problem. The guy got a broken nose, the woman went to jail for bad checks, and I have now to clean up all the blood. That scares me cause of all the Aids Virus going around. What is a good way to do it??? I was thinking of using bleach water. enough.,....

Tell ya what, Ron...
As a former Fire 911 dispatcher, I'll drink one for ya TONIGHT. God be with all firefighters. And may God guide those who must send them in harm's way

one hour to go
22 calls so far, Reeb, one domestic dispute. We left before I found out if they were transported. I told the officer that ain't none of our business and I just don't care. We left.
HIV virous only lives for a few second in air, But a bleach/water cleanup is what to do. Id be more worried about Hepititous-c than HIV. Ron |

Tom,
You quote: "SHOW ME A MAN THAT'LL JUMP FROM AN AIRPLANE, AND I'LL SHOW YOU A MAN THAT'LL FIGHT." Gen. James "Jumpin' Jim" Gavin, CG of the 82nd Airborne Division, WWII My though upon reading that: Assuming the chute opens properly and in time. He doesn't get shot/killed on the way down. He gets up in one piece upon landing. All the best to you Ron, Tom, and those on the line today in the air or on the ground. Phelps Hobart |

Fire medic
we make about 10-15 calls a day, every once in awhile we get more or less . Somehow we are to get 2 hours of training in also.
Thats my job, to make sure that happens. Yesterday we went to a whearhouse, I blacked out there airmask and gave them 1100 LBs of air in there air tank. They found there way out or died. (not really) I made it and one of my back seat guys made it. My driver and other firefighter died. A real eye opener. Talked about it most of the day. Ron |

If you're in WA and Ron's in Tx and he's making some of y'all's runs, those have gotta be some very serious RUNS!! Now I know the purpose of that tangerine machine. |
