09-03-2010 11:57 AM SUISUN CITY, Calif. (AP) — The Coast Guard is working to rescue seven boaters who were stranded overnight when their boat ran aground in Suisun Bay. Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Pamela Manns says three children are among the passengers in the motorboat, which has been stuck since 10:30 p.m. Thursday.
