I find it truly amazing how some people can still question “WHY” certain things are on a down-hill slide, when it is more than obvious that it is their own seedy little actions and barbaric behavior that has predicated our own increasingly rapid decline?

We are a nation of well educated, patriotic, and sophisticated beings, and one that has paid its dues in blood, sweat, tears and tumultuous pain, over the past two and a half centuries! And it does not take a blooming genius to figure out where we have (on numerous occasions) gone awry, as only a damned fool remains blind to their very own transgressions and missteps?

“Also - only a bigger fool remains mute, especially when the very same ills that toppled the once mighty empires of yore, are permitted to flourish (unchecked) domestically?

So get angry if you must, but all of this denial and ire isn’t going to change or even alter, the path of those (and there are far too many), who have gathered themselves into those cabals and mobs that still attempt to convince you that you can engage in the very same travesties and errors, as did “The Ancient Greeks and Romans of yore”, and this, with a far different and eminently more positive and fruitful outcome?

The violent attack on the U.S. Capitol is being referred to by different terms, including riot, coup, coup d'état, and insurrection, the word used by President-Elect Biden in his address broadcast in response to the chaos.

Utah Senator Mitt Romney said:

And the NPR affiliate station in Washington D.C. announced that it would be using insurrection in its news coverage of the day's events:
