I went to this wedding
It was on Edisto Island, South Carolina. It was in this church that was founded in 1640. Tom (Packo) and Deb were the groom and bride. Now, it wasn't a big church but it was probably the prettiest chuch I ever saw. It wasn't a fancy wedding but it was about the lovingest I ever saw. I mean, Tom is our age and Deb is a mere child so there is hope for geezers everywhere, not because she is a doll, and she is, but because I have never seen such simple love shown in a wedding. I mean, I have been to weddings where they had a string quartet playing Pachabel, where the bride in her stiff $2000 dress marched down the aisle with great dignity and no smile. But never had I seen such a wedding where the love was so simple and sweet.
I was watching the spectacle when all of a sudden this singing started with two voices intertwining like angels. I truly stopped thinking and just wondered at such songs drifting to the sky. It was Tom's nieces. I still don't know which was prettier, their song or their faces. After the wedding there was a reception where I met Deb's family and of course I fell in love. Deb's mom is such a beautiful lady. I can't get the scanner to work so no pictures. But I can tell you this, Andy and Annette were never far from our minds or our hearts. That's all there was to it.

Great sitrep Fred. How was the food?
Hope you get that scanner fixed soon 'cause can't wait to see some pictures of the happy couple. There's something magical in going to a wedding where you see a bride and groom that are made for each other and this one sounds like they were just that.

Congrats!
Tom the Packo man is married!
I was going to give them pre-martial counseling but they didn't ask me. Congratulation! Hope everything goes well. Tom: Drink only Washington Wines. Don't support those French. Deb: You must be a real sweet heart, God Bless You. Keith, P.S. I say a few prayers everyday for Tom and Annette.

Thanks to you that have wished Deb and I well! It was truly an event I will take to the grave with me.
Stick...the food was great! All Southern cousine....and the spirits...well...they were high! Best damn hitchin' I've ever been too! Tom and Deb

I lift my glass to the Bride and Groom and wish them all the best for the future. I know that they make a fine couple with lots of Love and Big Big hearts.
