Default How 'Bout Them Longhorns!

Proud of my Texas Longhorns, in what had to be one of the most exciting games I've seen. Good thing I've got a heart that's stronger than mare's milk, or I'd have been in a cardiac care unit last night! Just hope Vince Young stays at UT for his senior year, wins the Heismann Trophy, and then go pro.

See there? That's the element of experience, wisdom, and pure unadulterated suaves - all wonderful characteristics I possess, in addition to modesty - that you should have consulted before laying off that bet. Coulda saved you some $$ and the humiliation that accompanied it. Hook 'em Horns!!

Default Absolutely

one of the best college football games (if not the best) I've ever seen in my life!

Texas deserves the title of National champs and maybe one of the best teams of all time.

And it was the greatest individual performance by a single player I have EVER witnessed. Vince Young just may be the best athelete that has EVER played quarterback for ANY team at ANY time! He simply could not be stopped.

I sincerely hope he stays at Texas for one more year also, but don't look for it to happen after that performance. The pros are licking their lips and stacking up the $$$$$$ to get him to come out early.

These were probably the two best teams that ever played for a National Championship.

Congratulations to Texas for winning it, and congratulations to Southern California for three great years and their 34 game winning streak!

What a game!.................

Default Wow

What a great game. Best college game I saw since Michigan Vs. Notre Dame 1966 (Bubba Smith and all that). Reggie Bush looked like the number one draft pick???

John, you got that right, don't bet on college football.
That PSU VS FSU game was pretty interesting too. Just love Joe Pa. Oh yeah, poor, poor Dawgs.

Stay healthy,
Andy

Absolutely one of the greatest football games I've ever seen. Was rooting, of course, for the Southern Team...TEXAS! Wish someone would have bet me because I felt all along that USC hadn't played anybody of TEXAS caliber. I really liked Mack Brown when he was at UNC and was upset with him when he left but understood it. I'm glad to see him get a National Title.

Also loved the Nittany Lions beating the FSU State Penitentary team. Bobby Bowdown couldn't beat Paterno at WVU and he can't beat him now!

Now...hurry Sunday....the Panthers will roar!

It was a damn good game in spite of the fact that one team is named after a bovine and the other named after a condom .....

Won't be able to shut up my goat roper friends for at least six months now
