Default Off line for a while
Packing up the old "compootor" and jest bout eva thang else fer a few days. The movin van is coming in the morning to move us up to our new "bungalow by the bay" near Tarpon Springs, FL.. Took the damn builder more than 5 months to build our new home, but it shore is PURTY!! Can't wait ta git in that rascal!

See'ya in about a week or so----good Lord willing and no more Hurricanes don't cause the creeks ta rise!

The new house is, no doubt nice. But maybe you should have considered building an ark. Seems like it's a tad wet down there.

It took me five months to build my house a couple years ago. Better to take the time to get it right than the alternative.

even thou, i'm a northern boy...i lived down there in tavares for 16 months
and i loved it...my wife decided to baby sit our latest grandson...so now i'm back in the north...but...just bought an R V, so who knows!!!!

5 months to build the house? Hell, it took our dickhead contractor 7 months just to do the addition WHILE WE LIVED IN IT! Just found out the other day that he didn't have the ground treated for termites, and, you guessed it, we got termites in the new addition. Luckily caught early.
