Default World War II in HD on the History Channel

Anyone else been watching the new WW II in HD series on the history channel?

It has been absolutely astounding!

I recorded all of the shows so far, and me and Jackie along with my daughter and her husband and my two grandchlidren Matthew and Stella have been watching them the past few nights. They are all down here in the land of Sunshine and sand fleas with us to celebrate Thanksgiving week at our home and they are all just overwhelmed with emotion from watching this.

If you haven't been watching it, I believe it's scheduled for re-runs this coming weekend.

Gary Sinsese is narrating the series and doing a great job.

I highly recommend it to everyone.

it will DEFINATELY bring on those damn "sandstorms"!

Hope everyone has a GREAT and safe Thanksgiving!

'SCOUTS OUT"!

Yep! Been watching over the weekend. It's really very well done.

(Not to worry folks... if you don't catch it all now the History Channel does re-runs.)

Yep, I've tried to watch it whenever I can. I only wish my Dad and his 3 brothers (all WWII vets) were still around to watch it, too.
