Airman Paige Renee Villers dies at end of Air Force Military Boot Camp on August 7, 2007 age 19 LINK She was gassed prior to getting sick.

It is possible that someone who stood in her spot in the gas chamber just prior to her had expelled glycol ether molecules in their respiration that got into her eyes, and that she breathed in ... in addition to the gas.
