I just viewed a piece on television that touted the need (and the plan) for more parking spaces here in San Diego, in order to accommodate “Our Own American Citizens” who are now being forced to live out of their cars - if that is, they even have a car? “GET REAL MAN!!”

Here we are, within “The United States of America”, a nation that still spends a fortune on foreign aid, political tomfoolery, refugee assistance, etc., and yet, we have literally accepted homelessness as a way of life?

To partially quote “Old Ebenezer Scrooge” (A Christmas Carol): “Are there no prisons, are there no work houses, and are there no poor laws?”

Ain’t it a crying shame that “Decent American Citizens”, people who have paid their taxes for years, served honorably within “The United States Military”, and diligently obeyed the laws of “Our Land”, are now being gifted with naught but a place to park their old cars (and to live in them), if they even have a car that is, and many do not?

Many of these decent folks, some of whom are even employed in minimum wage jobs, are being forced to live like vagabonds (along with their entire families), out upon the cold, hard streets, or if they are lucky, in some overly-priced flop-house? And yet, and as I stated above, “Vast Sums of American Cash” are still being poured into pet political
projects, first-class frivolities for the connected, and bourbon-money for foreign enterprise!!

“Maybe some of those high-steppers within government should be given a refresher course in the humanities, or at the very least, on getting their priorities in order?”
