500-lbs. of Marijuana Found on Inner Tubes

Federal agents found nine bales of marijuana on inner tubes and a raft pulled up onto the banks of the Rio Grande.

The abandoned booty weighs nearly 500 pounds, and is valued on the street at about 375-thousand dollars. Authorities think smugglers saw a Coast Guard patrol approaching and took off without the stash. No one's reported it missing, either.

If you prove that you have a sort-of medical condition,...can "It" be claimed without getting into trouble?

I'm getting tired of taking my one baby aspirin every day. Believe, and even though never tried,...such must be better for me than cigarettes, anyway? Plus in New Jersey, and if they wouldn't give me: "The Bales",...probably even cheaper?

If you have a condition that needs 500# of "herb-superb" then you're probably beyond hope. Can you imagine the case of the munchies you'd get?! GIVE ME CHOCOLATE!!!! NOW!!!

Onward through the fog , Hommie !! I bet it belongs to the Zig Zag Man . At 46 $$ an ounce it must have been Mexican " commercial" grade , not that I would know

Now I know they have some shallow draft boats but most places I have seen on the Rio Grande are less than 4 feet deep. I think the reporter that wrote this story most likely helped him/her self to a large sample to insure the truth of the story. I bet in a haze and looking into the sun a flat bottom skiff might just be mistaken for a GC Cutter comming round the bend.
