Default Governor Arrested
Just moments ago, the governor of Illinois and his chief of staff were arrested on federal corruption charges. Imagine that, corruption in Illinois, where he is accused of attempting to 'sell' the appointment to the US Senate to replace the Bastard.

One more word at the end of your post, "democrat"

Rod Blagojevich has been arrested for conspiring to trade the senate seat for particular positions that the President-elect has the power to appoint (e.g. the Secretary of Health and Human Services). Rod Blagojevich has also been arrested for conspiring to sell the Senate seat in exchange for his wife’s placement on paid corporate boards or Rod Blagojevich’s placement at a private foundation in a significant position with a substantial salary. Rod Blagojevich has also been charged with conspiring to sell the Senate seat in exchange for millions of dollars in funding for a non-profit organization that he would start and that would employ him at a substantial salary after he left the governorship.

scout I thought you were joking but its for real. Start lining them up and shooting them . If a politician is found to be on the dole shoot them. No trial no jail time no 2nd chance. we need to clean up our government.

Normally, I'm reputed to have a keenly developed sense of humor, as verified by bOOger Bob, but in this instant, I'll refrain from exercising said humor! But it will not be a very Merry Christmas for Gov. (probably soon to be convicted gov.) and his chief of staff, both incidentally Democrats. (I did that for Ron - thanks for the reminder!!)

No big surprise to see corruption awash in Illinois/Chicago. Look for this bozo`s legal eagles to file suit against the Feds for illegal wiretaps, infringing on his civil rights, etc.

Now if they`d arrest Washington Gov. Christine Gregoire...
