Need help ID'ing US 9mm holster
Need a model number on this holster if possible.
It is a holster for the M9 9mm (Baretta) pistol. Holster is black leather and of the same basic "style" as the black flapped GI holster for the M911. This holster is reversible for right side or left side wear. There is a 2 inch belt loop on each side and the flap is attached on both sides with lift-a-dot fasteners. There are no markings at all on this holster other than the large "US" on the flap. Thanks! Steve / 82Rigger |

82nd,
I'll ask some of my friends at a local gunshop/shooting range tonight. They may be able to assist. You may get the answer before I get back to you. I remember wearing a leather holster like the one pictured a few times, but I don't think it had the US stamped on it. We mainly wore the OD green holsters. Good luck! |

I asked some of the guys at the local gun range, but no one had any idea of where to look. They did suggest asking around at gun shows. Sorry, I couldn't help ya.

I've seen Military Police wearing that type holster on gate guard duty, Ft. Lee, Va.
