Whether at work or play--active duty, family members and the community need to know how to recognize a concussive event, they need to be seen by a medical provider right away, and they need to inform their leadership if they are on active duty. "It's always good to be seen by a medical provider as soon as possible if you think you've received a concussion," said Ken Reinhard, General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital's TBI liaison.
