French Navy Expected To Crew, Not Own, Patrol Vessel

LORIENT, France - DCNS expects shortly to sign an agreement allowing the French Navy to crew its Gowind ocean patrol vessel (OPV), which the naval company is building with its own funds for the export market, a company executive said Sept 23.
