Default Holy Moly Tom

Try setting your camera on a smaller size---these 1.54 Mb pictures take forever to download or send

Stay good

After Psyco Mountain, I drove up to visit pighumper in North Carolina. He lives in one of the older districts. Funny to think this house (not pighumper's) was built before the revoulltion and before any known European had set foot in Oregon.

Default Then I went to Charleston

Last year I paid the most Ive ever paid for a room in Charleston at The Charleston House: $425.00 and what that got me was a 2d story room looking across the alley into a 4 story parking structure. This year I thought I'd just walk around and see what I could find. I just walked around and asked in different place that looked attractive. I scored on the 2d one--$120/ night for a better room than last year and---wait for it-- a great view of Charelston,.....and the hotel I stayed in last year.

i love this old gingerbread and lace, the columns, the courtyard. I'm getting to like Charleston.
