Yuma Marines return home ? just in time
Yuma Marines return home ? just in time
Associated Press YUMA, Ariz. ? More than 200 Yuma Marines returned home, the largest group from the Marine Corps Air Station Yuma to return since the Iraqi war. The 201 Marines with Marine Air Control Squadron-1 returned to family and friends on Memorial Day. And for at least one Marine, it was just in time. Expectant mother Lindsey Hill was waiting in the stuffy hangar for her husband, Lt. Roger Hill, to return when her water broke. After a quick hug, the couple rushed to the hospital. ?We knew it could be any day,? said Susan York, Lindsey Hill?s mother. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Copyright 2003 The Associated Press.
