Default Four months

Four months ago today Christine went to be with the Lord. Today would have also been her 58th birthday. Happy Birthday Honey, I miss you and I love. Until we are together again please continue to watch over me, and forgive me my shortcomings.

Robert
Christine would be very proud of you today. Your words are very touching. I can only hope that if I die before Tom that he misses me as much as you do Christine.

Robert,

I am sure she is up there looking over you and trying to give you comfort. I can hear how much you love her in your words, and I know that any love that is that strong must be returned. You are in my thoughts.
Jennie.

Default My respects - Mr. Ryan

Mr. Ryan - I recall your sad day - how difficult it must have been. We don't know why some are called so early in life and yet so many are. My heart goes out to you and your family. A wife is a soul mate, lover and most of all a friend.

I too have a wife whose now handicapped and failing each month. 41 years with her have been good - bad - and ugly. I consider this an excellent marriage - she's kept me on the straight and narrow path all these years. Yet I can not make her well nor can my prayers or the doctors. It's a slow and painful ordeal of which I stand watch.

We take each day as best we can and we all know what we have to do. I pray each day in hopes that something can be done to make everything better. Each day we all hear of a loss or passing of a family member, friend or college.

God only knows the answers to all of our prayers. Life is so precious and yet I know each of us will someday no longer walk this Earth. I've read so many threads today - regarding so many who are in pain and suffering losses - that it breaks my heart.

Mr. Ryan - I wish you well my friend and my best to your family.

Respectfully

Default Robert,...

Hang in There.
During such heart wrenching times,...such all that one can do.
Still, rest assured that you will meet again in a much better place.
It's inevitable since..."We're all here temporarily". Like it or not.

Regardless, The Wife and my Sincere Condolences.

Neil

Default Now at Six months

I can't believe six months have passed since Christine died. It still seems like yesterday at times and I admit somtimes I do get depressed about it. I continue to ask God to give me the strength needed to go on. I have been told the 1st year is the hardest to deal with. It seems to be true. The kids were a little upset on Mother's day since it was their first one without her. So I took them to the grave site and we put flowers in front of her head stone. I miss you and love you Honey.

Condolences Robert "I am sorry for your loss."

If tears could build a stairway,
and memories a lane, I’d walk
right up to heaven and bring her
home to you.
