You could be right. By the looks and actions of the guy it appears that he?s had a long hard career of killing brain cells as fast as he possibly can with anything at hand, so anything is possible I suppose. He is not a ?person of interest? right now but chances are he knows a lot more than he?s letting on about and most likely is the key to unraveling that sordid mess and figuring out the fate of those two children.

When He gave his first interview, He said the kids have nothing to do with this? Nothing to do with What?
He had a fight with the mother a couple days before about custdity of the kids, now the kids are missing and mom is dead.
And he failed part of his lie detector test , The part about "do you know where the kids are?"
Mom and step dad were having a meth party and BBQ, after the party the real dad came by and beat the step dad and mother and 13 year old to death and took the kids, He has them somewhere or they are with a friend of his somewhere, waiting for this to cool off. . Most likely in Canada. I have been to that area and you don't want to break down in that area, There is nothing for miles and miles. Hiding two kids would be easy.

It sounds like a bunch of "redneck" hippies on drugs. From having lived in that area, those Selkirk Mountains Northeast of Spokane,WA and Coeur d Alene, ID are shocked full of what we call redneck hippies and neo-nazies, etc hiding from the law with their drug habits, meth parties, and orgies. My guess, is it definitely is someone who knows them. The father would be a good guess, but the police are saying he isn't a person of interest or suspect to keep him off guard. But, it might be a drug deal gone bad, a jealous lover, who knows. There are a lot of tangled messes in them there hills of Northern Idaho and Northeast Washington. Probably a lot like the Ozarks and the things that go on there.

Down here in Georgia too , seems the methlabs like the same areas the moonshiners used to produce bootleg whiskey now they produce meth insted. At least the moonshiners could produce a product useable by poor folks with out killing them most times..... BTW, now here in 2005 those numbers have grown abit here in Georgia the meth lab bust have grown to over 300 incidents.
