Pfizer has just announced that it was dropping some 10,000 jobs and closing about 5 plants, in order to cut $2 Billion annually in costs - so what else is new?!

According to a media source, Ford is also hurting and may soon lose its #2 spot to, who else, the Japanese! This means that G.M. may be targeted next? And if you think that these two business giants are ?Uncas On The Slides?, then think again!! If it?s America, or more appropriately U.S. Made, it is hurting!

The ?Powers That Be?, however, say ?NOT TO WORRY?? We will, always have employment here in the Land of Milk & Honey. There will always be fast food joints, a need for box boys, gas station attendants (foreign owned gas stations that is), and car wash help is always a possibility! ?And of course, we can always trade places with Tijuana and start peddling flesh!?

So what do you think now of those doom merchants who warned, away back in the late 1940s, that we were still under attack, this time economically? Hell, the way that things are going, our own people may soon be forced to compete with our new masters from south of the border, for fruit picker?s jobs? You know the routine - up before dawn, catching a ride on an ancient farm bus (with a portable head hooked to the rear), out in the fields at 110 degrees in the shade (Imperial and San Joaquin Valleys), and this for sub-minimum wages! For you can bet your tush that those who own the sweat shops, mills and farms are paying (under the table) the right politicos to get minimum wages cut!

Hey, don?t cry about it to me - there is always the ?United Nation?s Military!? You know that decaying slum in New York that gives marching orders to our political system. They can always find a job for you and your kids fighting for some Arab nation, or for the liberty and democracy of foreigners who hate our guts and can not even spell, nor do they want - ?DEMOCRACY!?

Back in the 1700s, 1800s, and 1900s, people flooded to our shores in search of a better life. These very same people, or descendants there of, may soon be pulling off a reverse migration to China, Hong Kong, London and Tokyo etc., as this is where all of those loyal and patriotic American Firms have deserted to! By that time of course, these foreign dung-heaps will have their own version of the Border Patrol on duty to turn us back!
