Have you ever wondered why “The Sun” rises in the east – because that is just the way that it is, and with our limited abilities, there just isn’t a damned thing that we can do about it!

But what about those things that we can alter or change that truly need to be adjusted, and yet we remain stoic and unconcerned, until it is just too damned late to do anything about them without starting a war, or resorting to mayhem or violence? And will we ever find a way, or the will to act, instead of react with yet more of the same? Or worst yet, will our greed and foolishness eventually lead to the obliteration of our entire species, and maybe even the cessation of life as we know it – could be?

Our race of beings reminds me of the blind man who is walking on a cliff’s edge, in the dead of a moonless night, with a hurricane bearing down upon him!

No shelter to be had anywhere, but contentment with just keeping his feet in motion and this for the sake of just moving on down the road – “AND THEN?”

“Gee, ain’t life a bitch?” And maybe, (just maybe), we are not quite as omnipotent as we seem to think that we are?!”
