And The Truth Slowly Emerges - Maybe

Every now and then, a new (and critical) truth (revelation) slowly oozes to the surface! But for as long as the pain and the suffering is restricted to the other fellow, the public’s reaction is generally muted at best?

Granted, a great deal of short-lived indignation may be evident upon the surface, but once again, the memory of the public quickly fades into obscurity, and the lessons that should be learned are quickly over-shadowed by a sense of - “What The Hell”, (my half-ass indignation) took care of my part of the equation - and my responsibility as well????

So what happens next – or do you feel that, with the latest election, you have done your part and your responsibility is at an end? Until that is, you discover that nothing at all has been resolved or changed? And that all that you have done, is to elect the same old gaggle of goons who suffer from the same maladies that have plagued the previous administrations? And then it is back to square number one, while we all promise to never again make the same mistakes, until the next time that is?

When will we ever learn that liars and politicians are forever with us, or even that ‘hope alone’ springs eternal! And isn’t it a crying shame that “We the People” can never seem to benefit, or to learn, from our many past mistakes, until that day finally arrives when we realize that truth is indeed a rare commodity - “And Lying Politicians Are Still A Dime A Dozen! Or Have We Already Lost Many Of Our Sacred Freedoms?” (AMEN- PERSONIFIED)

HC - well said once again. They won't realize what's about to become another generation of an upcoming recession.

The tailspin will soon begin to widen - and I fear the future that we are currently
on - as it will slowly degrade and fall into the pit of despair once more.

All the old monks in office the last two or more years haven't done a damn thing to
improve our society - infrastructure - welfare of the People - and cost of living!

We put these rascals into a position - of what will they do for us - if they win!

WELL: YOU'VE LET US DOWN ONCE AGAIN - NOW WHAT?

Your petty indifferences while in office will make us voters look like you
never knew we existed. You're not suffering - but at our expense.

We're not wearing blinders - we see and hear things - day after day.

Now you ran for office with all your big promises to fix the issues
of America. You join the Boy's Club - and are you in for a surprise.

1st - you're new motto is: FALL IN LINE FOR FALL BEHIND
-
2nd - I don't care what Party you're in - don't make us ashamed for doing
so - we considered you as a candidate that would change history
and upgraded our society - and it's internal workings.

3rd - But that's a pipe dream that we all hear during every election's.
Many it's been a disappointed that we voter's have to live with.

4th - You big payday's - freebee's - benefits in your honor - lifetime retirement
packages - yea - I can see you drooling even while I'm typing.

5th - Your next six months will tell us - or show us - what you're worth -
or we may say - why in the hell did I elect that person?!

Advice: Nobody is perfect - and that's true - but your people's lives depend
on what you guys do once in office. Are you a kiss ass or will you
do what you promised. Your Leader's will say to you fall in line
or fall behind (now what about your promises?) Yep they got you!

So far I give you all a negative rating until you prove your worth
in that position - and we the People see & get the positive results
from you're actions and voting.

Be advised: We will be watching every move you guys make.
You may want to shine your Leaderships shoes. Or just
maybe you will make noise that changes society to such an
improvement that we've long endeavored - but never got!
