“HEROES - EVERY ONE!”

There is a great deal of bull-manure that flows incessantly out of the rattraps of those Saturday - Morning matinee idols, replete with their soul-stirring and thunderous music, the raucous and nearly deafening applause, and the elation that is to be temporarily had in knowing that every man is a hero and that no man ever really dies – ah, the fantasies of ever-forgetful youth?

In reality, however, war and combat are dead-serious businesses, with the emphasis upon ‘The Word Dead!’ And no man who has not experienced the true sting and desperation of combat is in any position to even render a passing opinion about the actual fear that courses through the veins and the minds of mankind in stress, or those who have not experienced the actual fear and uncertainty of the people who just knew for a fact that their very next breath could very well be their last? Or the fact that they too could soon be just lying there in some lifeless and formless heap of flesh that even their very own mother could not recognize or identify?

But then, it is always the other guy who dies in wars is it not – or the other mother’s son who is carried home amidst great earthly fanfare and accord - trumpets blowing, tears flowing, and pride bursting! But then no genuine man really ever dies, and so it is, and so it forever has been, ever since the first “ROMAN” was carried home, his lifeless body regaled out upon his glorious shield, over two millennia ago! “But when will we ever learn!”

For there is no glory in death, only oblivion and maybe even despair! And mankind has never (nor will he ever), genuinely learn that history is replete with the tales of those truly brave men and women who gave their last full measure of earthly love, in an attempt to genuinely make a difference within a world that so quickly forgets true devotion, patriotism and dedication! But then history, the memory and the love of the parents of the gallantly fallen, along with “The Almighty Himself”, Never-Ever Forgets!

§2383. Rebellion or insurrection:

Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

President Lincoln said, The people of these United States are the rightful masters of both Congresses and Courts. Not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.

There are legal, peaceful remedies to accomplish this.

Not me, but I don’t have to since Jefferson never said this. It was said by John Basil Barnhill in a debate in 1914 in St. Louis.

But we don’t need to overthrow the Constitution. The Constitution is a good system. As Lincoln said,

“We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution. [1]

Personal note: We The People - are at fault: We elected and voted for all these
so-called government officials in Every & State In The Union! Live or Die we are
the ones who put these rascals in office - and are now living with their motives -
ideals - and outcomes.

The two party system is either: Yea or Nea on all issues. We the People who put them
in office have to live with their decisions. The only way to get a different vote is to
remove them from office - and re-elect person's who will get the "People's request
to be approved. Here is he sticking point. Not all state representative's of the two
party system can agree. It's Yea or Nea - that's what causes the grief in this
country. Each state has officials who once elected - eventually fall in line with
each Parties Leader-ship's decisions - and what votes the two House's will agree to.

Therefore the People's wishes have at many times fallen short of passing.
Because of the lack of our two-party majority interest. (The primary problem
is in our system). Good or Bad - until one side gets the majority - followed
by its passage - which is either: Yea or Nea! in all cases. It's very rare when
the leverage from the President pulls the strings to ensure its passage.
