The new government ruling that allows pilots to carry a shooting iron in the cockpits of airplanes is itself coming under fire!

Apparently, the airlines are opposing this plan, citing liability. Of course the liability claims incurred in actual skyjackings, could prove much higher and far more painful!?

To rub salt into this already open wound, the expenses of taking the mandatory firearms training courses in New Mexico, will be borne totally by the pilots themselves, as will the lost wages while in training!

?Is this not akin to charging blood donors for their humanity and compassion!??
