Doesn't if figure that some anchor-crankin', mermaid-munchin', swab jockey would moor his boat 1000 miles from the nearest ocean.

Keep in mind, there is the ("m, eye, crooked letter, crooked letter, eye, crooked letter, crooked letter, eye hump back, hump back, eye") Mississippi river, an the Missouri river that is controled by the Coast Guard.. There are many Coast Guard boats in Missouri.
