Bunker explodes, killing Marine

BAGHDAD, Iraq ? A Marine was killed when a munitions bunker caught fire and exploded, military officials and witnesses said Wednesday.
The Marine died Tuesday when he was trapped in the munitions bunker near Hillah, a city 60 miles south of Baghdad, U.S. Central Command said in a statement. His name was withheld so his relatives could be notified.

The Marine was loading ammunition from a bunker onto a vehicle when the incident occurred, the military said.
