“The bottom line is that - talk is still dirt cheap!!” But unless we are willing to really face the fact that talk alone can not even buy you a cup of tepid water, then we will accomplish nothing at all along our weak-kneed trajectory toward a progressive tomorrow!

And if you are one of those eternal optimist who erroneously believes, as did the “Old World Romans and Ancient Greeks”, that “Our Magnificent Nation is Eternal”, then I put it to you that you are indeed, but a delusional individual!

To leave an indelible mark upon the fluctuating pages of world history - requires a helluva lot more than just wishful thinking, as no nation, in times past, has ever eternally prevailed with words alone “and that is a time-tested fact!” So for us to merely glide along (existing solely upon past accolades), is a ludicrous enterprise at best! And always remember that a gaggle of fools will remain just that, especially if its fumbling leadership is led by those who are drawn from its own ranks!

“So Where Will We Go From There?”

And after all is said and done, progress is still just a word, unless of course, it is championed by those with an eye toward the future, and a penchant to learn and benefit from past mistakes, as there are no new worlds left to conquer out there, and only a damned fool, continues to splash around within an ever-deepening pool of quicksand – “And So It Truly Is!”
