U.K. Budget Cutters Have Slashed $15B From Armor Programs

LONDON - The U.K. Ministry of Defence has slashed armored vehicle budgets by more than 10 billion pounds ($15.6 billion) and left the Army with insufficient funds to deliver all the planned programs, according to Britain's Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee.
