I am getting a couple Easter packages ready to send over seas..
My prayers go out to our men/women and their familys.

I thank our men and women of the past present and future for all they do/did for our country..

Our man-pup, as colmurph is wont to call his son, just received our latest care package. Thanks for sending gifts to any of our warriors.

Sidebar story of interest: as I was waiting in line at the local Post Office to mail the package, the postal clerk asked about the contents. There were other people waiting in line, and I replied, "Beef jerky, and homemade brownies." One smart-ass woman, long suspected of being an aficionado of wacky weed, blurted out, "Did you put anything extra in them?" I looked at her first with a glare that could have melted titanium, and responded for all to hear, "No mam', I'm not a dope dealer!" Things got quiet as a mouse prayer convention.

Our church has created a sign board, with our warriors pictures and APO addresses on it, so any can send a package. We have about 5 members of offspring of members in the services.

I knew what day Easter was....Its exactly 4 days before the prayer breakfast and choir practice on the mount. and the day after the new Hooters resturant opens up here in Indy.

Three days after April 22 a child was born in 1947 in Newark New Jersey and they came from all over to see him. They called him John. April 22nd would have been Andys 59 birthday, kinda nice it's on Easter

If you're celebrating Easter on the 22nd, you'll be later than the rest of the western world. My calendar says April 8!

I think Keith is using the new Ellensburg Gregorian calendar. It says that Easter comes two weeks later than scheduled if it's an odd year ending in 7, divisible by 223 and 669 and the Mariners don't win the World Series the year before.
