06-08-2011 05:00 PM Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va. -- The first lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, presented 36 graduating seniors with their diplomas Friday during the 2011 commencement ceremony at Little Hall. Of the graduating seniors, 27 were from Quantico Middle/High School and nine were students of military families displaced from Japan by the earthquake and tsunami in March. (See sidebar.) Obama...
