Question US Oil

THIS IS HARD TO UNDERSTAND!
WHAT ARE WE DOING TO OURSELVES!.

Here's an astonishing read. Important and verifiable information :

About 6 months ago, the writer was watching a news program on oil and one of the Forbes Bros. was the guest. The host said to Forbes, "I am going to ask you a direct question and I would like a direct answer; how much oil does the U.S. have in the ground?" Forbes did not miss a beat, he said, "more than all the Middle East put together." Please read below.

The U. S. Geological Service issued a report in April 2008 that only scientists and oil men knew was coming, but man was it big. It was a revised report (hadn't been updated since 1995) on how much oil was in this area of the western 2/3 of North Dakota, western South Dakota, and extreme eastern Montana ..... check THIS out:

The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska 's Prudhoe Bay , and has the potential to eliminate all American dependence on foreign oil. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates it at 503 billion barrels. Even if just 10% of the oil is recoverable... at $107 a barrel, we're looking at a resource base worth more than $5...3 trillion.

"When I first briefed legislators on this, you could practically see their jaws hit the floor. They had no idea.." says Terry Johnson, the Montana Legislature's financial analyst.

"This sizable find is now the highest-producing onshore oil field found in the past 56 years," reportsThe Pittsburgh Post Gazette. It's a formation known as the Williston Basin , but is more commonly referred to as the 'Bakken.' It stretches from Northern Montana , through North Dakota and into Canada . For years, U. S. oil exploration has been considered a dead end. Even the 'Big Oil' companies gave up searching for major oil wells decades ago. However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up the Bakken's massive reserves..... and we now have access of up to 500 billion barrels. And because this is light, sweet oil, those billions of barrels will cost Americans just $16 PER BARREL!

That's enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 2041 years straight. And if THAT didn't throw you on the floor, then this next one should - because it's from 2006!

U.. S. Oil Discovery- Largest Reserve in the World

Stansberry Report Online - 4/20/2006

Hidden 1,000 feet beneath the surface of the Rocky Mountains lies the largest untapped oil reserve in the world. It is more than 2 TRILLION barrels. On August 8, 2005 President Bush mandated its extraction. In three and a half years of high oil prices none has been extracted. With this motherload of oil why are we still fighting over off-shore drilling?

They reported this stunning news: We have more oil inside our borders, than all the other proven reserves on earth.. Here are the official estimates:

- 8-times as much oil as Saudi Arabia

- 18-times as much oil as Iraq

- 21-times as much oil as Kuwait

- 22-times as much oil as Iran

- 500-times as much oil as Yemen

- and it's all right here in the Western United States .

HOW can this BE? HOW can we NOT BE extracting this? Because the environmentalists and others have blocked all efforts to help America become independent of foreign oil! Again, we are letting a small group of people dictate our lives and our economy.....WHY?

James Bartis, lead researcher with the study says we've got more oil in this very compact area than the entire Middle East -more than 2 TRILLION barrels untapped. That's more than all the proven oil reserves of crude oil in the world today, reports The Denver Post.

Don't think 'OPEC' will drop its price - even with this find? Think again! It's all about the competitive marketplace, - it has to.

Think OPEC just might be funding the environmentalists?

Got your attention yet? Now, while you're thinking about it, do this:

Pass this along. If you don't take a little time to do this, then you should stifle yourself the next time you complain about gas prices - by doing NOTHING, you forfeit your right to complain.

Now I just wonder what would happen in this country if every one of you sent this to every one in your address book.

By the way...this is all true. Check it out at the link below!!!
GOOGLE it, or follow this link. It will blow your mind.

So I guess it's OK we exported 1.2 million barrels of American oil a day in 2008? As long as they export American oil, this whole oil independance thing is a farce.

WE import 9.5 million barrels a day so we could reduce our dependence on foreign oil simply by keeping what we export to other countries. That is BIG

There are grave doubts about the accuracy of some of the statistics posted. For example 2007 est. 133 Luxembourg's export is laughable. Where do they get it from to export? There isn't an oil well within thousands of miles of Luxembourg.

The issue isn't about how much as it is about how little we've been allowed to exploit because of stupid and ill-founded governmental policies. Get the government out of the way, and we can export more while satisfying our needs.

It included exports of petroleum products such as motor oil. I got the statistics from a CIA study. One statistic I would love to find is an independent study on how much the North Slope oil reduced our dependence on foreign oil. With the increased demand coming form India and China, I suspect in the future we will be drilling more and at the same time increasing our dependence on foreign oil simply because we will be outbid for our own oil. I guess what I resent is how the oil companies wrap themselves in the American flag when they want to drill and then talk about the global economy when selling it. Here is a link to the CIA study: https://www.cia.gov/library/publicat.../2176rank.html

Default Friends & Fellow BS'd or Duped Subjects,...

Got an e-mail today that got me thinking just how closely longtime & typically decreed U.S. Gasoline Consumption Conservation (plus RIGGED Pricings) BULL.... ties-in quite well with all those cockamamie & quite suspect: "Fat-cat Bail-outs" of banks, institutions, auto companies, unions & many zealot organizations in general like ACORN*, shoved down our throats.

E-mail had words to the effect of: "Lot of ruling elite say they are looking into the Bernard Madoff scandal". "Oh, Great"!!! "That very same thief who made $50 BILLION$ disappear is being investigated by wealthy people of government whom made $1.5 TRILLION$ disappear"!!!

Sarcasm aside, notice the Quite Lordly & Duplicitously-Purposeful ways of informing We Perpetually Deceived Americans...SIMILARITY?

Also quite unfortunately, many such arrogant officials actually believe their own daily BSings.
Tough luck, Folks.

Neil

*re: ACORN
Hundreds or ACORN subsidieries are still alive & well & duping people better than ever. Solely names have been shamed into changing. "They" still organize Dems, Progressives or Marxists for political & take-overs & unionizing,...and now even internationally for more dues & suckers.

Default Joy, SuperScout & 1Cav (others also),...

Since obviously have heads screwed-on-straighter-than-most & are Honest & Honorable types also,...try answering the following.

If secrecy about America's TRUE Oil Reserves only benefit Fanatical Environmentalists, America's Marxist Ideologue Ruling Elite, GE's Immelt & China's similar windmill producers & OPEC,...how come mainstream press/media is ALSO complicite in secrecy about such GRANDE$T of SCALE RIP-OFF$ or Duplicitie$? Never hear zilch about such from mainstream press & SUPPOSED informers.

Besides, are all Conservative opposition or Tea Party type officials & notables all similarly sworn to secrecy about such despicable Public Deceits & Price Gougings, ALSO? Certainly seems so to me.

If not so,...why-in-the-hell are We The (SUCKERS) lordly dictated EVERY YEAR buying about 50 BILLION$ worth of oil from Saudis, and thus ever increasingly forced paying higher & higher prices for fuel & Most Everything Else. Higher fuel prices raises cost of even a lousy can of beans, folks.

Let's not let VERY IMPORTANT disclosures about OIL slide into obscurity as in most all in press & other green propaganda venues in Obamacrats prefer, similarly here on Patriotfile Forum.

Vastest Resources on Earth politically dictated being KEPT TAPPED or UNUSED & generally SECRET from Americans,...is downright criminal! Anyone else thinks so?

Stupidly stick with FORCED windmills & batteries, & soon a gallon of gasoline & can of corn will both COST TEN BUCKS ($10.00). Maybe even a Twinkie will end up costing A-Ten-Spot, too?
