Andy is an Opa !

To all of you that are going to be On The Mountain shortly--When you all remember Andy, PLEASE RAISE ONE FOR ME AS WELL. Andy was my guiding light just before I put in for Retirement with my Police Department, and again when I applied for VA Disability. His help, by private messages, made both processes much easier. As a result I now have 50% Disability from the VA, as well as my Municipal Police Retirement.

I did not know that Andy was so sick when he provided me with all the much needed information. He kept his sickness from me and disregarded his own, much more serious problems to help a fellow Vietnam Veteran and Police Officer that he had never even met. His messages made it much easier for me to make the transition to Retirement and VA Compensation without problems on my part. Bless him for being the type of man that he was. I will never forget him!! I just know that Andy is now still looking down and continuing to watch over the rest of us as we continue to live our own lives. Some day I hope to be considered good enough to be permitted to join Andy in Paradise. I then would be able to meet, and also thank him, in person. Guys like Andy don't come along often. But when they do they have a tremendous influence on other people's lives. He certainly was A CUT ABOVE THE REST OF US!! I know I will never forget him.
