Gaines assumes command of USAKA/RTS from Clarke

In a traditional Army change of command ceremony, Col. Frederick S. Clarke relinquished command of U.S. Army Kwajalein Atoll to Col. Joseph N. Gaines. Clarke has been the commander of USAKA since July 31, 2008.
