Rogers assumes command of the 408th Contracting Support Brigade

Well wishers, family and friends gathered at the Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Training Activity Center to witness the time honored tradition of a military change of command, as Col. Michael J. Rogers accepted command of the 408th Contracting Support Brigade from Col. Shane Dietrich in a June 25th ceremony. Brig. Gen. Joe Bass, commander of the Expeditionary Contracting Command and a former 408th CSB commander, presided over the ceremony. ECC is a subordinate command of the Army Contracting Command.
