The Northeast Navy Showband based in Newport, R.I. was a big hit once again at the Levitt Pavilion tonight with its Big Band renditions of “Stompin’ at the Savoy” and other swing standards. Westporter Andrew Francisco, a saxophonist, takes a bow for the hometown crowd.
