You trying to figure these bells and whistles, me too! Is it possible to get the colors and the bold and size to work together? [b][size=4]

I Hope this works![size=4][font=century gothic][color=firebrick]

Hey this is fun![i][size=4][font=arial][color=orange]

Oh well I give up - just use the standard stuff.

Keith

That brings up a thought I had. I wonder if David could set up a test page for people to use? All these bells and whistles do need some practice for those of us (like me) that are computor illiterate.

Just a thought and if not possible or it interfers with the board we will manage.

Crosses Fingers

By the way,

If you include just a small image in your signature and make sure the "show signature" box is checked, when you use "preview reply" it forces the vb code to work in your preview.

Shhhhh.......don't tell David I found that out shhhhhh

HELP

Keith, that is the word HELP using web ding font. Century gothic just produces bold type. Evidently it is not supported. Don't use spaces IE: webdings, not web dings.

Thanks David. This format has a lot of great features.

Keith, I may have misled you inadvertently. If you use the format "tags" you can only do one item at a time. If you want to incorporate more than one function scroll down to the "Forum Rules" where you see;

HTML code is ON
vB code is ON
Smilies are ON
[IMG] code is ON

Click on vB Code and it will display all the codes available. I minimize the window so I can keep bringing it up without reloading. Practice makes perfect.
