Veterans Claims Assistance Act of 2000

Good Morning,
This maybe the first rating for VCAA 2000. I was going for 10% since 1996
to stop high co-payments @ the VA for care. The VA did better than a 10%
rating for me as of 7-31-02, the check is in the mail. :-)) Sometime it's a
Bitch and sometimes it's a Breeze.
