Default Outstanding!

I know this should be posted under Iraqi Freedom but I wanted to post it here so more would see it. This is Alyssa, I built her a house last year than she was activated with her Guard unit. She is assigned in Mosul. She has become the little sister I never had. Don't know how all you women did it when we were deployed, been a nervous wreck since she left. She was wounded by mortar fire just before Thanksgiving and was awarded the Purple Heart. Take a minute to say a small prayer for our guys and girls keeping us safe.

Thanks reeb. Don't know if I could ever handle one of my own children going off to war. Have to be a full-time resident up in Minneapolis.

Yep, Lots of grumpy old men who are extremely proud of our sons and daughters that choose to serve during this time of war. :cl:

Trav,

Thank you for sharing this picture and suporting a woman willing to help fight for this country.

Lots of mothers are proud of the people that we raised too.

Default Trav....

OUSTANDING INDEED!!!!!!!!!

Still, I must admit to a little jealousy. After all, when I once was one of: "America's Finest",...I couldn't even get a: "2nd Louie" to take a picture with me,...much less A Colonel.

But then, and since not near as good-lookin as your: "Little Sister",...I'm sure both you and she will understand
