For the Army’s 245th birthday — help us send 24,500 messages of thanks!

As tragic and heart-wrenching as this pandemic has been — with more than 110,000 American lives lost in a few short months — we can’t help but think about how much worse the toll would be without the courageous service of U.S. Army soldiers. In honor of the 245th birthday of our Army, will you join us in thanking them for all they have done to protect us?

While every branch of our military has served valiantly in this crisis, the unique capabilities of our Army have made an immeasurable difference.

DEPLOY

Our land force — through deployment of its active-duty, National Guard and Reserve units — put boots on the ground in every U.S. state and in hard-hit U.S. territories. They have delivered essential food and medical supplies, staffed mobile screening sites, helped to disinfect nursing homes, manned COVID-19 call centers, and provided logistical support and transportation. Army medical professionals have worked side by side with heroic civilian health care teams and first responders.1

DESIGN

Our Army Corps of Engineers rose to the extraordinary challenge of transforming buildings into field hospitals in a matter of weeks.2

DETER

Seasoned active-duty soldiers and new recruits have made sacrifices to maintain readiness, complete missions and deter aggression from our enemies.

DEFEAT

Army researchers continue to work with great urgency to develop and test experimental vaccines.3

Their courage and dedication to the mission and to each other has been inspiring and in the best tradition of America’s oldest military branch.

THANK YOU FROM THE BOATS:
I've been to a few USO's and he people their were like family. Greeted you have some chow and snacks and sweets. Soft lounge chairs and a TV. Very good people who care about their kids serving in the military. Bob Hope was also a big one for the USO as are many other's over the years. Of course they are all Volunteer's and ask for nothing but we all know they are in need of donations to provide the free services they offer our military folks.
