Default VIETNAM CHINA BILATERAL TRADE VOLUME REACHES 4 Billions USD IN 2003

Mr Nguyen Tan Zu~ng Deputy Prime Minister of the Vietkong officially
visited China to sign agreements to boost the bilateral trade between
Vietnam and China and not to "explain" General Tra 's visit to the USA
as many brainless VZKH claimed,

Mr Zung as an individual in charge of the Economy of Vietnam is
obviously not the person to do the explaining. The obvious
"explanator" if one were needed is General Tra (Defence minister of
the VC)himself. This visit of General Tra to China- which is bound to
exist in the hallucinated brain of the VZKH - would have to take place
prior to TRa's visit to the USA itself if China Approval to such
visit were required OR after Tra's Visit to the USA if some
clarification were extended to China as a courtesy gesture.

A courtesy gesture by General Tra after his visit to the USA is, El
Chino believes, desirable. A complete trust and transparent
relationship between the military establishments of Vietnam and China
are absolutely fundamental to the stability of Asia,

Mr Zung had signed many trade agreements which will almost certainly
bring the bilateral trade volume to 5 billions USD in 2004 0r 2005.

This volume is twice that between Vietnam and USA

It is too obvious if Tra visited China prior to US trip, communist
politic just doesn't work that way.

Remember the VietGian treaty of Sino-vietnam border was signed by
Foreign minister Nguyen Manh Cam on 31/12/1999 but the talk had taken
place by Do Muoi during his china visit on July 1997 and Le Kha Phieu
visit on 27/02/1999. Of course Vietnam state-owned media had never
talked about the true purpose of their visits back then. And back then
the BBC, Reuters and NVHN media had expressed their doubts that the
purpose of these visits were nothing but border treaty.

The Vietnamese Communists had sold Viet lands to Red brother China.
Obviously, there is no other blame for VNCH in the past.
What a shame to those politburo members who always sway the cause
of poor economy to VNCH and the U.S for the capitalist war for many
years. The VN communist cabinet looks like a stinky can of worms to
fight for power and the inpotency to cope with the weak country economy
globally.
