“Harsh words, lies, and finger-pointing alone, will never - a truly great man nor a sustainable nation make!” (by – H. Rick Tavares, 5 Sept. 2023)!

It takes new ideas, dedication, a love of country, and genuine testicles of iron, to build, construct and to maintain “This Truly Great Nation of Ours!” And in the event that you too are growing weary of all of this name-calling, passing the buck and genuine incompetence that is flowing like horse manure out of “Our Nation’s Capitol” these days, then let me remind you that sticks and stones alone, may break one’s bones, but names will never hurt them!

However, that very same incompetence that I mentioned above, can, and often will, utterly corrupt a country and rot it to the core! And no, it is not a matter of political party loyalty, but rather, it is a case of national survival! And contrary to all of the vested hype that is flooding out of “Washington D.C.” of late, “Our Country, and Our Country Alone” must once again become our primary concern and consideration, “For We Are Not - The United Nations” - But rather, we are ‘The United States of America!’ And brothers and sisters, that has always been more than enough to carry us through wars, periods of poverty and even other hard times in the past! And even though good allies make for solid friends, it is still the Guts of Men Like George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, the vision of Abraham Lincoln, the tenacity of Andrew Jackson, and the brains and fortitude of gentlemen like John Fitzgerald Kennedy and Donald J. Trump, that has pulled us to our feet in times of great moral and social distress – and that too is a fact!

For genuine guts and true grit are not a matter of one’s political affiliations, but rather, they are the product of one’s un-abiding love and respect for “Almost Everything American!!”
