Were not laws originally written to protect those rights that were inalienable? And is not logic the basis for most laws? In short, if it works for the benefit of humanity – then don’t change it! “And if it don’t - then dump the damn thing!!”

Laws were originally written upon the basis of need, and the majority once determined what was equitable and fair – but that was then, and this is now. In the year of 2023, equality no longer even fits into the picture, in my opinion? And laws are often written and enacted, to benefit a selected, connected and quintessentially powerful minority – and in my opinion, that is often an unfortunate fact?

So what is not to understand – maybe we do indeed live within an era of selective justice and one in which “Our Founders” and their edicts no longer exist – at least in part?
