So, who is going to be “The Top-Kick (OR EL PRESIDENTE” come ‘2024?’ Will it be the amiable older gent, the individual who occasionally seems to even be able to get out of his own way or will it be the robust and superlatively arrogant, highly talented, presidential-appearing individual with a proven track-record?
