Default A taste of winter

Woke up yesterday and today to 22 degrees outside. The colors are all gone from the trees. Damn, the snow's just around the corner!

Ron,

Snow is that white mess in a spray can that ya buy at Wal Mart to spray on yer indoor Christmas tree after ya get all the lights on it.

Just had our first snow storm of the season. Got 6-10" around the area and expected to get another 5" by tomorrow afternoon. Heavy wet stuff. Power went out from 8 this morning till about 3 this afternoon. Wood heat is a wonderful thing. It snows at the house here and 4/10 mile down the road, or 180' in elevation, it rains.

We were supposed to get some snow last night but it hit the Berkshires, then moved north to the ski areas in VT and NH where it belongs. Thank you, Jayzuz!

Whimps: It usually gets down below 50 even the summer out here in the desert. Turn your furnace on when it hits 55 in the evening, Tom you need help with your whimp factor.
