...A big FYI for us today, and a big step ahead as we received notice that our funding came through, and we will be opening our own restaraunt, and bar close to our house,... ...It will seat about 80 people, and the bar seats 30, trying to do an upscale thing,... ...now taking menu selections,... ...open to any suggestions,... ...

...We Haven't figured that out yet,... ... I've been scoping the place out for years, and have worked around possibilities of ownership, and after 9 + years of being on one side, will now be on the other,... ...Have been getting ready to get the big wheels in motion as there is a ton of things to do, Hardest part was securing the $ to do it, and that should be in hand tomorrow, now it SLA, and the city, and vendors, menu's etc, etc's,... ...I'll fill in a journal here as we go on how to go crazier by going into your own buisness,... ...

...I'm sure the city would love that one John, but we're trying to take the "gin mill" aspect out of the place, It's had it's history, and if not reopen in next few months, they want it perm shut down. gonna try to push great food first with a menu mix borrowed from all the other places around, hope to be the best of the best,... ...I'll take pic's as we go about this, Best thing is I have the funds to turn the key, and have a cushion to go on for the first year, the legal stuff n paperwork is going to be the PIA,... ...Maybe see some of your 01 DEC,... ...
