Public transport on public streets, Tayabas, P.I. I reckon as how the ACLU will declare the P.I. as unconstitutional and go stop to this insane non-PC non-sense, post haste.

Might work, making the presumption that the P.I was once a US Colony and now that ACLU has ownership of a higher moral ground, perhaps they can then retro-actively impose their will. Maybe some kind of Grandfather Clause they can exploit.

And then another issue, in the P.I., child molestation is a capital offence, and they waste no time about it. Gavel drops and that?s it, magandang gabi.
So the ACLU quest to give child rapists a free ticket to ride needs to be imposed on the P.I., at once. Daylight is a waisting, so get cracking ACLU.

Tayabas is a town about 100 miles due east of Manila in Quezon Province, Philippine Islands.
