MCB QUANTICO, Va. (Oct. 27) -- Lincoln Military Housing will be adding 19 new speed humps to base housing areas, finishing the project started August, 2009. The speed humps will be identical to the 19 already in place, said Oscar Almond, director of family housing on base. They are 3-feet wide by 3-inches high and painted with yellow stripes.
