Topp: I'm glad to hear that Danny is doing well. I had the priveledge of meeting him at the '05 Campout. We hit it off right away, spending alot of time swapping Airborne stories. I'd like to get a signed copy of his book. He talked about writing it, but I didn't know he completed it. I can't make it to the Campout this year, but will be there next year. I hope to see both you and Danny there. I've attached a picture of Danny from the '05 Campout.

Yep! That's the "ole grunt" I always called Him "tennie bopper" He had that certain walk
when He walked point carrying his shotgun across His chest. Talked to Him today about the 7 January 1970 fire fight when We lost 5 good Men. He is a good Man. Just common
southern down home type. I'll ask Him about the book, I guess I've had My copy 2 or 3 years now. Very good reading, He definitely cleared My mind of the things that was "foggy" to Me. Stars and strpes articles, and news clipping from the Brigade news letters.
