Can anyone tell me why you have to have a disability rating of 30% or more before you can go a PX or anything that is on military base. I have a 10% and am not allow in. Being in Singapore, there is a Navy Exchange here in Singapore but I am not allow in because I dont have a 30% rating. Why does a person have to have the 30% or more.
