April 11, 2005
Next April 11 will be the home game 2005 season opener for the Boston Red Sox in Boston.
The 2004 World Series flag will be raised above Fenway Park. The Sox team players will receive their World Series Championship rings. And sitting in Fenway's third base dugout for that historic event will be... The New York Yankees. Sweet!

And
I'll bet there will be signs in Fenway that read "Yankee Fans -Beware the Curse of A-Rod".
But with Pedro and D. Lowe, half of our starting pitching staff leaving the team, I'm worried. I have to be worried, I'm a Sox fan. Still it will be very, very nice. Stay healthy, Andy |

Not a Red Sox fan or a Yankees fan but I can't wait to see that crowd for that game.

The Curse of A-Rod????
Oh, hell's bells!! Not ANOTHER curse!!! I was under the impression that A-Rod's only curse was that he (apparently) can only run if he flaps his left arm up and down. Now that we got the Red Sox squared away, I thought all we had left to deal with was the Cubbies curse (something about a goat, I think), and the White Sox curse (something about a scandal). "Say It Ain't So, Joe!"

Jeter is soon to be put on the has been list. He's been at it awhile and the injuries are starting to catch up with him. Yeah, the Scankees will be back, George will spend ga-millions to buy himself a team.
No, I think Texas really wants to go to the top, I'll be keeping an eye on them. Of course the heart break kids will all have my allegiance again this coming season. The NY Mets. Go love em, the go to the top stay there for a short while then spin out of control to the bottom. Some times like an F-14 in full burners! (Only bird I ever saw sink in seconds!)
