NATO Secretary General discusses European security

In his video blog of 17 September, NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen outlined his vision for a safer Europe. He called for a united stance on issues such as missile defence, the use of conventional forces in Europe and the further reduction of short-range nuclear weapons remaining from the Cold War.
